Terms of Service

1. Who we are

LinkViews is a link in bio service. Creators build one public page at linkviews.app/username with their links, social profiles and, on paid plans, things fans can buy. You can reach us at support@linkviews.app or, when signed in, through a support ticket in the dashboard.

2. Age

You must be 18 or older to use LinkViews in any way: to create an account, to publish a page, and to pay for a tip, a paid post or an e-book. If you are under 18, do not use the service. We close accounts that belong to minors.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at support@linkviews.app if you think someone else has access to it.
• Choose a username that does not copy a brand or another person, and do not pretend to be someone you are not.

4. Plans and billing

• Free: build and preview your page and see analytics. A Free page is not visible to the public.
• LinkViews+, $19.99 a month or $167.90 a year: publish your page, sell e-books, full customization, a QR code for your page.
• LinkViews Pro, $39.99 a month or $335.90 a year: everything in LinkViews+, plus tips, paid posts, removal of the LinkViews logo, the deeplink banner, the follower count banner and priority support.

There is no free trial. You pay when you subscribe, and the plan renews automatically at the same price every month or year until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, may be added. We charge no service fee on plans.

You can cancel at any time in the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and after that your page is no longer published. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If we change a plan price, we tell you at least 14 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.

5. Selling to fans

On LinkViews+ you can sell e-books (PDF or EPUB). On LinkViews Pro you can also take tips and sell paid posts. Current price limits: paid posts $9.99 to $999.99, e-books from $5, tips from $5.

• Your share: you earn 80% of the price of every tip, paid post and e-book. We keep 20% as our platform fee.
• Service fee: the buyer pays a 5% service fee on top of your price. It goes to us and does not come out of your 80%.
• You are the seller. What you sell is your content. You are responsible for it, for delivering what you describe, for answering buyers, and for any taxes on your income. We collect the payment through our payment processor and pass your share to you.
• E-book refund terms: for each e-book you choose the refund terms buyers see before they pay. You must honour them.
• Buyer emails: you can see the email address a buyer used for a tip or purchase. Use it only to deal with that order, never for marketing the buyer did not agree to.

6. Payouts

• We pay out only in crypto, to a wallet address you enter in the dashboard.
• New earnings are held for 7 days before you can withdraw them. The minimum withdrawal is $50.
• Every withdrawal is checked by a person before it is sent. If an account has many refunds or disputes, we may hold back part of the balance for a while.
• Check your address and network carefully. A transfer sent to the address you gave cannot be reversed.
• When a sale is refunded or charged back, your share of it is taken back. Each chargeback also costs $15, which we return to you if the dispute is decided in your favour. If your balance goes below zero, the negative amount is deducted from your future earnings.
• If earnings come from content or conduct that breaks these terms, or from fraud, we may withhold them and use them to refund buyers.

7. Content rules

These rules apply to everything on your page: text, images, links, paid posts and files. They also apply to the pages your links lead to.

No adult content. LinkViews does not allow any 18+ material. This means no sexual, sexually suggestive, nude, explicit or pornographic content, no sexual services, and no links to such content or to adult subscription sites. This applies to free and paid content alike. Pages that break this rule are removed.

You also may not use LinkViews for:

• anything illegal, or anything that sexualises or endangers minors;
• scams, fake giveaways, misleading offers, pyramid schemes or phishing;
• pretending to be another person or brand;
• hate, threats, harassment or publishing someone's private details;
• content you do not have the rights to, such as someone else's book, photos or videos;
• malware, or links built to trick people into installing something or giving up their data;
• spam, scraping, or trying to break or overload the service.

8. How we enforce the rules

Anyone can report a page or an item with the report button on a public page, or by email to support@linkviews.app. We review reports and may also act on our own. Depending on how serious the problem is, we may remove an item, hide a page, suspend or close an account, and withhold earnings connected to the violation. When we remove something, we tell the creator what was removed and why, unless the law or a safety risk prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, write to support@linkviews.app and we will look at it again.

9. Copyright complaints

If something on LinkViews uses your work without permission, send a notice to support@linkviews.app with the subject "Copyright notice". Include:

• your name and contact details, or those of the person you act for;
• the work you own, or a link to it;
• the exact link to the page or item on LinkViews;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
• a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature (your full typed name is enough).

We may take the item down while we review the notice, and we send a copy to the creator. Buyers lose access during that time. The creator can reply with a counter notice to the same address, explaining why the content is theirs or allowed, with their contact details and signature. If the matter is not resolved in the creator's favour within 14 days, the removal becomes final and the buyers of that item are refunded from the creator's balance. If it is resolved in the creator's favour, access returns and nobody is refunded. We close the accounts of creators who infringe repeatedly. Knowingly false notices or counter notices may make you liable for the harm they cause.

10. Your content

What you upload stays yours. You allow us to store, show and deliver it to run LinkViews, for as long as it is on the service and, for items fans have bought, for as long as they keep access. You confirm you have the right to give us that permission. The LinkViews name, logo, software and design belong to us.

11. Buying from a creator

• You buy from the creator. The creator decides what is offered and is responsible for it. We process the payment and deliver access.
• You pay the creator's price plus a 5% service fee. The total is shown before you pay.
• A paid post unlocks right after payment. An e-book comes with a download link that works up to 5 times within 30 days. PDF copies may carry your email address as a mark.
• A tip is a voluntary gift. It does not buy any product or service.
• The creator can see the email address you used. What you buy is for your personal use only. Do not share or resell it.
• Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account in the dashboard settings. Deletion is not possible while you still have a balance, a payout in progress or an open dispute. After deletion we keep the payment records we need for tax and disputes, and buyers keep access to what they bought. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Sections about money owed, purchases already made, disclaimers and liability continue to apply after an account ends.

13. No guarantees

We work to keep LinkViews running well, but we provide it as it is and as available. We do not promise it will always be online or free of errors, or that it will bring you any number of visitors or sales. We are not responsible for creators' content or for sites that links lead to.

14. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

15. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your sales or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we give at least 14 days notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Smaller changes, such as wording fixes, apply when we publish them here with a new date. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account before it takes effect.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and its courts handle any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your home country gives you and may bring a claim there. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
