Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase a paid plan, sell products, collect tips, or receive payouts. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

LinkViews is a link-in-bio platform that lets creators build a single public profile at linkviews.app/your-username, share links and content, and optionally sell digital products, merchandise, pay-per-view content, and collect tips. Features available to you depend on your plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@linkviews.app if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not impersonate others or register an account using a username that infringes another party's rights.

4. Plans, subscriptions & billing

• Free — configure your profile and basic analytics. A Free profile is not published publicly until you upgrade.
• LinkViews+ — $19.99/month — publish your profile plus additional creation and customization features.
• LinkViews Pro — $39.99/month — everything in LinkViews+ plus monetization tools including Tips and Pay-Per-View.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or, where offered, annually) through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, a small verification charge may apply and the plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees due. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes that may apply.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds and cancellation details are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Creator monetization & payouts

If you sell products, collect tips, or offer pay-per-view content, those payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.. To receive payouts you must complete the payment processor's onboarding and identity verification, and you authorize us to facilitate the collection and payout of funds on your behalf. Applicable platform and processing fees are disclosed before you enable monetization. You are solely responsible for the products and content you sell, for fulfilling your offers, for any taxes on your earnings, and for complying with all laws applicable to your sales.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish, sell, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights;
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits minors;
• Promotes violence, harassment, hate, or discrimination;
• Contains malware, phishing, or deceptive or fraudulent schemes;
• Violates the rules of our payment processor or card networks; or
• Attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your content & license

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by iFansy Limited and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Google Firebase and Stripe, Inc.) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iFansy Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iFansy Limited from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date, and material changes may be notified by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
