Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for LinkViews, operated by iFansy Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

LinkViews+ ($19.99/month) and LinkViews Pro ($39.99/month) are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

2. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, a small verification charge may apply to confirm your payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the standard price. You can cancel during the trial at any time to avoid being charged.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription, or by emailing support@linkviews.app. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then.

4. Refunds on subscriptions

Because subscriptions provide immediate, ongoing access to digital features, payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time after a billing period begins. However:

  • EU/UK consumers: where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the paid features during that period.
  • Billing errors: if you were charged in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge.
  • Discretionary refunds: we may grant refunds in other circumstances at our reasonable discretion.

5. Creator earnings, tips & pay-per-view

Tips and pay-per-view unlocks are voluntary, one-time payments and are generally non-refundable once the content has been unlocked or the tip has been sent, except where required by law or in cases of proven fraud. Purchases of creator products are subject to the individual creator's stated terms. Disputes about a creator's product should first be raised with that creator; we will assist where we reasonably can.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@linkviews.app from the address on your account, including the date of the charge, the amount, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
