iFansy Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates LinkViews, a link-in-bio platform available at linkviews.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and securely.
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal information is iFansy Limited, operator of LinkViews (https://linkviews.app). You can reach us at any time at support@linkviews.app. Our registered mailing address is Flat A, 15th Floor, Hillier Commercial Building, 65-67 Bonham Strand East, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account data — your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), display name, and unique username.
- Profile content — your bio, avatar and header images, theme/customization choices, social media links, and any links, products, media, or text you publish on your public profile.
- Payment & billing data — when you purchase a subscription, send a tip, or buy a creator's product, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.. We receive limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing country, and transaction status). We never see or store your full card number.
- Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage & analytics data — profile views, link clicks, referring pages, approximate country, device and browser type, and timestamps. We use this to power your creator analytics and to improve the Service.
- Technical data — IP address, log data, and similar information automatically recorded by our hosting infrastructure for security and reliability.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Google Sign-In — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Stripe, Inc. — we receive payment confirmations and limited billing metadata to manage your subscription and creator earnings.
2.4 Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and local storage strictly to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

- To process subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view, and product purchases, and to pay out creator earnings.
- To provide creator analytics and improve the Service.

- To respond to your requests and send service-related messages.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

4. How we share your information
We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the Service, and only as far as necessary:
- Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, file storage, and hosting infrastructure.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, subscription billing, and creator payouts (PCI-DSS compliant).
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or a valid government request, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
Your public profile (username, display name, bio, avatar, and the links and content you publish) is, by its nature, visible to anyone who visits your linkviews.app profile page. A Free-plan profile is not published publicly until you upgrade and publish it.

6. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and least-privilege security rules. Payment data is handled by Stripe, Inc. under PCI-DSS standards; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.
7. Your rights (EEA / UK — GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data;
- Rectify inaccurate data;
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object to processing;
- Data portability;
- Withdraw consent at any time; and
- Lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

8. Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use it;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

9. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact support@linkviews.app and we will delete it.
10. International data transfers
We use service providers (including Google and Stripe, Inc.) that may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the data processing agreements we maintain with our providers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
